At FOMA, we take pride in crafting bespoke jewelry pieces tailored to your vision. Each piece is designed in close collaboration with you, then crafted with uncompromising artistry. 

How it Works

Dream & Design

 

  • Your journey begins with a personal consultation — a moment designed to feel inspiring, effortless, and uniquely yours. Here, we invite you to share your story, your inspirations, and your style preferences.

  • The more details you can provide us with — from budget and desired gemstones to providing references or sketches — the more precisely we can shape your design. 

  • Custom design is a premium service; there will be an initial design fee that secures your consultation and is fully credited toward your finished piece. This is a nonrefundable fee should you decide not to proceed after the consultation.

  • Our designer will craft 1–3 exclusive concept renderings, each capturing your ideas with clarity and artistry. These will be posted on your dedicated design page, where you can review, communicate directly with your designer, and request refinements.

Approve & Secure

  • Once a design direction, gemstones, and metals are selected, we’ll provide you with a formal estimate.

  • Quotes are valid for two weeks and are subject to market prices of precious metals and gemstones.

  • Upon your approval and receipt of your deposit, your price is secured and materials are reserved.

Artistry in Motion

  • With your final approval, our master artisans begin handcrafting your piece. Each jeweler at FOMA brings over a decade of expertise, ensuring precision and durability.

  • Production typically takes 4–8 weeks, depending on complexity. Rush options may be available upon request.

  • Every creation passes rigorous quality checks before leaving our atelier.

The Presentation

  • We’ll keep you updated throughout via your own dedicated design page.

  • When your piece is completed, you’ll review final photos and videos. 

  • The remaining balance is collected before your piece gets shipped out.

What to Know

  • Warranty: Your piece is covered under our general craftsmanship warranty. For full details and exclusions, please refer to our Warranty Policy page.
  • Sizing: It is your responsibility to provide proper ring size. We will send a sizing kit on request.
  • Resizing: Available (fees apply)
  • Using Your Own Stones: We may use client-provided gems upon review.
