Warranty
Each FOMA creation is meticulously handcrafted and covered by a two-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, including routine maintenance and cleaning. The warranty applies exclusively to authentic FOMA pieces purchased through FOMA or authorized partners and covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal wear.
Every piece undergoes strict inspection before leaving our atelier, but should an issue arise, our Client Care team will gladly assist with evaluation and repair.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Loss, theft, fire, or other circumstances beyond our control
- Damage caused by accident, negligence, or misuse
- Damage from improper handling, impacts, or exposure to harmful substances
- Alterations, tampering, or repairs by unauthorized service providers
- Pieces with removed or illegible serial numbers, or components replaced with non-FOMA parts
- Normal wear and tear over time
